The company primarily serves the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors, supporting clients with reliable inspection, technical manpower and project-based solutions.
Role Description
The Business Development & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surathkal, Mangaluru. The role combines business development, tendering, recruitment, client coordination, project tracking and day-to-day business operations.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying and participating in relevant tenders, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with clients, handling recruitment requirements, conducting interview coordination, and supporting ongoing projects. The role also involves maintaining company emails, LinkedIn and social media platforms, tracking multiple ongoing projects, coordinating with project teams for timely completion and closure, and providing regular updates to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders and business opportunities
- Participate in tenders and manage tender-related documentation and follow-ups
- Generate leads and develop new client relationships
- Coordinate with clients regarding project and manpower requirements
- Handle recruitment, candidate screening and interview coordination
- Maintain company email communication and records
- Manage LinkedIn and social media accounts
- Track and maintain updates for multiple ongoing projects
- Coordinate with project teams for pending activities and project closure
- Maintain project-wise records, deadlines and status reports
- Prepare regular business and operational updates for management
- Support overall business development and company operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related field
- Experience in Tendering, Business Development, Recruitment or Operations is preferred
- Strong communication and client coordination skills
- Hindi & English communication – compulsory
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email communication
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong follow-up, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Experience in Oil & Gas, NDT, Inspection or industrial services will be an advantage
