BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- PPF
myTVS is looking for a Business Development Manager – PPF (Paint Protection Film) to drive business growth and market development across the West Region.
LOCATION:
Mumbai / Pune
The role will cover the wider West Region and requires extensive travel.
EXPERIENCE
3–8 years
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow the PPF (Paint Protection Film) business across the assigned region.
- Identify, onboard and manage new distributors and dealers.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, dealers and channel partners.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Expand the dealer and distributor network across the West Region.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer, dealer and market requirements.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Track sales performance, market developments and channel activities and provide regular reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in PPF / Paint Protection / Automotive Accessories / Automotive Aftermarket.
- Strong experience in B2B and Channel Sales.
- Experience in Distributor Appointment, Distributor Management and Dealer Development.
- Proven experience in developing markets and generating new business.
- Good understanding of the automotive industry and aftermarket ecosystem.
- Experience handling primary and secondary sales.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the West Region.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Candidates with experience in PPF, Paint Protection Film, Automotive Films, Automotive Accessories, Car Care, Automotive Aftermarket or related automotive businesses will be preferred.
