We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Government Tenders
📍 Location: As per company requirements (Travel Required)
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹83,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field)
Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in Government Tender Management? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our government business development and tendering activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate government tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
Manage bid submissions on GeM and other e-tendering platforms.
Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Attend pre-bid meetings, bid-opening sessions, and tender-related events.
Travel to government departments, client offices, and procurement agencies for tender discussions, negotiations, clarification meetings, and document verification.
Represent the company professionally during meetings with government officials and procurement authorities.
Handle tender clarifications and post-submission follow-ups.
Track tender progress through award, contract execution, and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, and public sector organizations.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Government Tender Management or Bid Management.
Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tender documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel for official meetings and tender-related activities.
