The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the education/EdTech sector, a strong institutional network, and a proven track record of achieving admissions and revenue targets.

- Develop effective follow-up strategies to convert interested prospects into paid enrollments.
- Identify reasons for lead drop-offs and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Build referral and student ambassador programs to generate organic admissions.
- Plan admission campaigns, open houses, webinars, seminars and other enrollment activities.

- Identify opportunities to convert workshops and initial engagements into larger training and institutional partnerships.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop new acquisition channels beyond digital marketing leads.
- Build relationships with education consultants, training partners, student communities and other channel partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for Forsche.ai programs.
- Represent Forsche.ai at education fairs, conferences, college events, exhibitions and networking programs.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to understand emerging programs, pricing and student demand.
- Provide management with insights on market opportunities and potential new programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns required to support admissions and institutional business development.
Team & Performance Management
- Work closely with admission counsellors, telecallers, trainers and marketing teams.
- Define daily and weekly follow-up activities for the admissions pipeline.
- Monitor leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of institutional opportunities and student leads in the CRM.
