✅ Experience: 2–3 years
✅ Background: Insurance Broking sector experience is preferred
✅ Role: Business Development / New Client Acquisition

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new corporate/SME client relationships
• Generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities
• Conduct client meetings, understand insurance requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Drive the complete sales cycle — lead generation → client meeting → closure
• Achieve defined revenue and brokerage targets
