Movementor Education, established in 2017, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Study Abroad to join our team in Thrissur.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience and proven experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education, student recruitment and business development, with the ability to manage people and drive results.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the student recruitment/business development team.
- Drive student enquiries, counselling, applications and conversions.
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor sales targets, team performance and revenue.
- Coach and support team members to improve performance.
- Ensure consistent lead follow-up and CRM management.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and education partners.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and take ownership of execution.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams.
- Strong Study Abroad / Overseas Education experience.
- Good understanding of international student recruitment and admissions.
- Strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and highly organised.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
