🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Solar EPC ☀️

Sukruthi Innovations is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Solar EPC to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and acquire new Solar EPC projects.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Generate and develop new business opportunities for Solar EPC projects
🔹 Identify and generate qualified leads through personal network, market research, references, channel partners, and industry contacts
🔹 Develop relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional, and other potential customers
🔹 Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/design teams to develop suitable solar solutions
🔹 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover
🔹 Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial discussions
🔹 Prepare and present proposals and techno-commercial solutions in coordination with the technical team
🔹 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts
🔹 Develop strategic relationships with consultants, channel partners, EPC partners, developers, and key stakeholders
🔹 Achieve agreed revenue and business development targets
☀️ Preferred Experience
✔ Proven experience in Solar EPC Business Development / Sales
✔ Strong existing network and ability to independently generate leads
✔ Experience in B2B sales and project-based business development
✔ Understanding of Solar PV systems and EPC project lifecycle
✔ Experience handling commercial negotiations and project closures
✔ Strong client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and project opportunities

Experience or exposure to:
🔸 Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Solar
🔸 Open Access / Captive Solar Projects
🔸 BESS / Energy Storage Solutions
🔸 Solar project feasibility and commercial evaluation
🔸 Working with consultants, industries, developers, and institutional clients
🎯 What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who can bring business to the organization, have a strong understanding of the Solar EPC market, and are confident in developing their own client and opportunity pipeline.
Lead generation and business acquisition are key responsibilities of this role.
