We’re Hiring: Business Development & Operations Intern – JoinMyFlat
JoinMyFlat is looking for a proactive intern who can find potential hosts, reach out to them, and convert them into listings on our platform.
What you’ll do
• Find people who have a room/flat available using Facebook Groups, Facebook Marketplace, OLX, Quikr and other relevant platforms
• Build your own list of potential host leads — lead generation is an important part of this role
• Call potential hosts and introduce them to JoinMyFlat
• Explain how the platform works and why they should list their space with us
• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
• Help interested hosts complete their listings on JoinMyFlat
• Maintain a simple record of leads, follow-ups and successful listings
Internship Details
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000/month
⏰ Working hours: 4–5 hours/day, flexible
🏠 Work mode: Remote
📱 Work-related calling/recharge expenses will be reimbursed
💸 Performance incentives: Earn additional incentives for exceeding targets
What you’ll need
• Your own laptop/computer with internet access
• Your own smartphone and a phone number you can use for work
• Comfortable searching online and finding relevant leads independently
• Confident making outbound calls and speaking with new people
• Good Hindi and English communication skills
• Comfortable with follow-ups and working toward targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous experience is not mandatory. We care more about communication skills, persistence and your ability to find and convert genuine leads.
