GVPR Engineers Limited is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive large-ticket IT transformation, Smart City, ICCC, surveillance and related technology projects across South India.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop Smart City, ICCC and IT transformation opportunities across Bangalore and Southern States.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Government, Municipal, Police, Urban Development and Institutional opportunities.
• Track upcoming projects, budgets, tenders, RFPs.
• Develop strong relationships with Government decision-makers, consultants, OEMs, System Integrators and technology partners.
• Manage customer meetings, pre-bid discussions and consultations.
• Identify and qualify relevant RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with Presales, Solution, Projects, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams.
• Drive opportunities from lead generation and qualification through bidding, negotiation and closure.
• Develop customer-specific solutions and commercial propositions.
• Build strategic partnerships, consortiums and JV opportunities for large government projects.
• Manage business development targets, sales pipeline, forecasts and MIS.
🔹 Candidate Profile
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in City Surveillance, Smart City, ICT, System Integration or Government Projects.
• Strong experience in Government and Institutional Business Development.
• Hands-on exposure to CCTV, VMS, ICCC, Video Analytics, Networking, Surveillance or related technology solutions.
• Experience in Government Tenders, RFPs, Bid Management and large project sales.
• Strong network among Government Departments, Consultants, OEMs and System Integrators will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics amp; Communication or related discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
