Zenryn Technologies is looking for an outstanding Business Development Intern who doesn't wait for instructions — they figure out the path and make things happen.
This isn't a typical internship where you're given a checklist and told what to do every day.
You'll be working on real business development, client outreach, cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, follow-ups, and converting opportunities into actual business.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is exceptionally good at communication and cold calling
- Can confidently reach out to businesses, founders and potential clients
- Knows how to start conversations, build relationships and create opportunities
- Has prior experience in business development, sales, outreach, lead generation or client acquisition
- Is sharp, aware and commercially minded
- Can think independently instead of waiting for someone to tell them every next step
- Takes ownership — you treat the business like it's your own
- Can handle rejection without losing momentum
- Understands that effective outreach is about knowing who to approach, why to approach them and how to create value
- Can carve their own path when the obvious path doesn't work
What You'll Actually Do
You may be involved in:
- Cold calling and direct outreach
- Finding and qualifying potential clients
- LinkedIn, email and phone-based prospecting
- Managing leads and follow-ups
- Understanding client requirements
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Scheduling meetings and assisting with conversions
- Creating outreach strategies
- Exploring new markets and opportunities
- Representing Zenryn in conversations with potential clients
- Tracking your pipeline and reporting progress
- Finding unconventional ways to generate business
How We Work
This is a deadline-driven internship, not a clock-in/clock-out job.
There are no rigid 9–5 working-hour requirements.
We care about outcomes, deadlines, communication and ownership.
If you finish your work in 4 hours, great.
If something important requires you to spend 8 hours figuring it out, that's part of the job.
You'll be given objectives.
You figure out how to get there.
We expect interns to use their own critical thinking rather than constantly asking what to do next.

Stipend & Performance
This is not a conventional fixed-stipend internship.
Your compensation will be determined by the value, execution and measurable contribution you bring to Zenryn — particularly meaningful outreach, opportunities generated, client acquisition and business impact.
Performance-linked stipend: ₹0–₹50,000/month.
Your ability to create measurable business value directly impacts what you earn.

Hiring Process
Our hiring process is simple and focused on finding people who can actually perform.
1. Resume Screening
We review your resume for relevant experience, communication exposure, sales/BD experience, achievements and evidence of taking initiative.
2. Shortlisting
Candidates who demonstrate strong potential will be shortlisted for the next stage.
3. Interview
A direct interview to understand your communication skills, thinking ability, confidence, awareness, problem-solving approach, previous experience and how you approach real-world business situations.
4. Onboarding
Selected candidates receive the internship details and onboarding information before beginning their work with Zenryn.
