Business Development Intern (Remote)
About WithU
WithU is building a mobility assistance platform for the elderly, making it easier for seniors and their families to access trusted assistance whenever they need it. We're an early-stage startup, and we're looking for people who want to build something meaningful from day one.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Intern, you'll work directly with the founder on growth initiatives across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, medical stores and senior communities
- Cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
- Calling potential partners to introduce WithU and schedule meetings
- Investor and angel outreach
- Maintaining CRM databases and tracking conversations
- Supporting growth campaigns and brand awareness activities
- Researching new partnership opportunities
Every intern will own a primary growth channel (LinkedIn, Email, or Calling) while contributing to other initiatives when required.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent English communication skills
- Is confident speaking to professionals over phone or email
- Is proactive and enjoys talking to people
- Learns quickly and takes ownership
- Is genuinely interested in startups and entrepreneurship
- Can work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience isn't mandatory. Curiosity, consistency and willingness to learn matter much more.
