🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Intern | Thinkster (Pune)
Thinkster, a design-led digital marketing agency in Bavdhan, Pune, is looking for a Business Development Intern who wants real, hands-on exposure to outbound sales — not busywork.
No cold-calling scripts. You'll learn how to research prospects, write outreach that gets replies, and help build a pipeline our BD team turns into real client relationships.
📍 Location: Bavdhan, Pune (On-site)
🕒 Type: Full-time Internship, 3 months
💰 Stipend: Competitive, based on performance
What you'll get hands-on with:
✅ LinkedIn outreach & prospecting
✅ Cold email campaigns & follow-ups
✅ Lead research & CRM management
✅ Real exposure to how agencies pitch branding, social media & digital marketing services
Who we're looking for:
🔹 Strong written English
🔹 Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel; open to learning CRM & outreach tools
🔹 Organized, detail-oriented, and not afraid of a "no"
🔹 Based in Pune or able to work on-site in Bavdhan
