Rcube Monad Mall is looking for *enthusiastic and confident students/promoters* to join our team and drive *Loyalty Programme Enrolments* at the mall.
📍 Location: Rcube Monad Mall, Noida
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Approach shoppers across the mall and introduce them to our loyalty programme
* Explain benefits such as *points, discounts, exclusive offers, early access to sales & special occasions benefits*
* Encourage shoppers to enrol by highlighting savings and rewards
* Achieve daily/weekly enrolment targets
* Track and report daily enrolments
* Identify high-footfall areas and engage with shoppers effectively
*What We Offer:*
💰 Fixed Stipend: *₹4,000–₹5,000/month*
🎯 Incentives: *₹4,000–₹10,000/month* based on performance
