Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth initiatives of The Matic Studio in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities. The intern will help maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, contribute to presentations and proposals, and collaborate with the design and strategy teams to align business goals with studio capabilities. The role also involves tracking outreach activities, maintaining databases, and providing general support to business development and client service efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes in creative or design industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or tracking tools) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented, design-focused environment.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field is an advantage.
