Role Description The Business Development Intern will work full time remotely work from home, supporting the growth and expansion of Opsiys’s AI and automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, assisting in lead generation activities, and conducting market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs. The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and outreach materials, and will participate in calls or meetings with prospective clients under guidance from senior team members. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting customer follow-ups, and collaborating with marketing and technical teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, market trends, and business metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and summarize information on industries, competitors, and customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and problem-solving.
- Interest in AI, automation, and technology-driven business solutions is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kushinagar, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
