🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Intern | Intent-to-Hire Program
📍 Location: Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: On-site
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🎓 Eligibility: Graduates only
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
📅 Internship Duration: 3–6 months
Are you a graduate looking to build a career in Business Development, Client Consulting, and the creative industry?
We’re looking for a Business Development Intern to join Artisan Archives and gain hands-on experience in the premium wedding photography and cinematography industry.
This is an Intent-to-Hire Internship Program — meaning the internship is designed as a pathway towards a full-time Business Development opportunity based on your performance and overall suitability.
What You'll Work On
• Connect with and follow up with marketing-generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Understand client requirements, event details, preferences, and budgets
• Assist clients in understanding relevant photography and cinematography packages
• Support client consultations and follow-ups
• Maintain and update leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Coordinate internally to ensure accurate information is communicated to clients
• Support the Business Development team in achieving business and conversion objectives
• Participate in training and learn the complete client journey from enquiry to conversion
• Develop practical understanding of the premium wedding and creative industry
Who We're Looking For
• Graduates from any discipline
• Freshers are welcome
• Background in Event Management, Media, Design, Communications, or other creative fields is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Good follow-up and organisational skills
• English and Kannada are required
• Speaking multiple languages is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the industry

This is not just a short-term internship.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are interested in gaining industry exposure with the intention of pursuing a full-time career in Business Development after successfully completing the internship.
Interns will be evaluated on their performance, communication, ownership, consistency, client-handling ability, and overall suitability for the full-time role.
Full-time conversion will be based on performance during the internship and business requirements.
