Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on driving sales growth and expanding the company’s client base. The position involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound inquiries, and conducting meetings or site visits with potential customers. The Business Development Executive will build and maintain relationships with property buyers, investors, and partners, while presenting suitable real estate solutions aligned with client needs. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, closing deals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets and deliver high-quality customer service. The compensation for this role is up to 6.5 LPA, based on experience and performance.
