Tara Aspire Consulting is growing — and we’re looking for an energetic, ambitious person who wants to build their career in Staffing & Recruitment Business Development.
Location: Anywhere in India (Remote)
Experience: 0–3 years
Industry: Recruitment | Staffing | HR Solutions
Compensation: Commission-Based | No Fixed Salary
Who are we looking for?
You don’t need 5–10 years of experience.
You need hunger to learn, confidence to speak, consistency and the ability to build relationships.
Freshers with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and approaching potential corporate clients
• Generating new business opportunities
• Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email & networking
• Understanding client hiring requirements
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Converting leads into staffing/recruitment assignments
• Working closely with our recruitment team to deliver for clients
• Achieving monthly business development targets
