- End-to-end learner conversations from the first touchpoint to enrollment.
- Understanding learner goals and guiding them with clarity and empathy.
- Follow-ups, objection handling, and decision support.
- Maintaining quality and consistency across all interactions.
- Accurate documentation of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Contributing insights to improve product, marketing, and program experience.
- Building relationships through calls, events, and networking opportunities.
