Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding Vistaar Media’s client base and revenue streams. Day-to-day tasks include researching and qualifying prospects, generating leads, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and presenting company services and solutions. The role also involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity conversion.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, marketing, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate within a diverse team.
