🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, candidate counseling, document verification, lead follow-ups, and converting leads into successful closures/enrollments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound calls from prospective candidates
• Explain documentation, certification & eligibility criteria
• Counsel candidates according to their requirements
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Guide candidates through the complete documentation process
• Verify submitted documents for accuracy & completeness
• Maintain lead, follow-up & conversion records in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Build strong relationships with candidates
• Resolve basic queries and support candidates throughout the process
• Work with the team to improve lead conversion & closure rates
🔹 Who Can Apply?
✅ Graduate / Undergraduate – Any Stream
✅ Freshers & candidates with 0–3 years of experience
✅ Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, Counseling or Document Verification is preferred
✅ Good communication & convincing skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
