Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa, focused on expanding Soul Travelling’s network of partners, clients, and curated experiences. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with hotels, travel partners, corporates, schools, and other organizations, and supporting customized experiential offerings. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management; conducting meetings and presentations; and maintaining regular communication with existing and prospective accounts. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine proposals, align offerings with client needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and handover to operations. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and representing Soul Travelling at events, fairs, and networking forums to drive growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience identifying opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including managing client relationships, negotiating terms, and supporting long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to conduct effective meetings, presentations, and negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or experiential marketing, and a genuine interest in culture, heritage, and community-based experiences.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet targets, use CRM or sales tracking tools, and be comfortable with fieldwork and on-ground interactions in North Goa.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience in business development or sales will be highly valued.
