Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's stock market and financial services clearly to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly business targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
- Support clients during the onboarding and registration process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Stay updated with basic stock market concepts, trading services, and financial-market developments.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tele calling, Stock Market, Financial Services, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic understanding of the stock market and trading.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and client acquisition.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
