💰 CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and fit)

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive business growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
What You'll Do
✅ Generate and qualify B2B leads across target industries.
✅ Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach.
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
✅ Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams for project scoping and pricing.
✅ Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
✅ Build long-term client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
✔Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably in consulting, environmental services, engineering, infrastructure, industrial services, or compliance-related sectors.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
