Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, referrals, and self-sourcing.
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective international clients.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations with overseas clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the organization's global customer base.
Who Can Apply?
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, Export Sales, Global Sales, or Overseas Client Acquisition.
✅ Hands-on experience dealing with international clients is mandatory.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
✅ Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
✅ Candidates from any industry with international business development experience are encouraged to apply.
✅ Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or other international markets will be preferred.
✅ Comfortable working in the US Shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
