🚀 We’re Hiring | Business Development – B2B
People Calm is looking for an experienced B2B Business Development professional who understands how to sell HR solutions to HR decision-makers.
What you’ll be doing:
* Generate and convert B2B leads
* Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, HR Managers & business leaders
* Conduct client meetings, presentations & demos
* Understand organisational requirements and pitch relevant HR/wellness solutions
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client programs
* Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships
Who we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven experience in B2B sales of HR products/services
✔️ Someone who has previously sold HR software, HR tech, HRMS, SaaS, employee benefits or similar HR solutions
✔️ Experience selling directly to HR Heads / CHROs / HR decision-makers
✔️ Strong lead generation, pitching and closing skills
✔️ Confident in client meetings and demos
✔️ Strong communication, relationship-building & execution skills
📍 Location: Gurgaon-Hybrid
