Job details:
Klyient.ai | Gurgaon, Haryana | Full-time | Hybrid (office + work from home)
About us
Klyient.ai builds software and runs marketing for dental and skin clinics across Delhi NCR. Our platform handles everything from how a patient finds a clinic on Google to how they get booked, treated and brought back. We work with 30+ clinics today and are growing fast.
The role
You’ll be the first point of contact between us and clinic owners. To start, your job is simple and focused: build a pipeline and get meetings on the founder’s calendar.
Day to day, that means:
- Calling dental, skin and hair clinics across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR from a curated list
- Getting past reception and reaching the doctor or clinic owner
- Booking qualified in-person and virtual meetings
- Following up on WhatsApp and keeping the pipeline clean and updated
- Sharing what you’re hearing on calls so we sharpen the pitch
Where this goes
Within 1–2 months, if you’re doing well, you move from setting meetings to running them. You’ll visit clinics yourself, pitch, and close — with closing commission on top. This is a role that grows into full sales ownership quickly, and there’s real room to grow with a company at an early stage.
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, telecalling or any client-facing work
- Genuinely well-spoken in English and Hindi — you’ll be speaking to doctors, and how you sound on the phone is the job
- Comfortable with high call volumes and the rejection that comes with them
- Organised enough to keep your own pipeline straight without being chased
- Based in Gurgaon or able to commute easily
Good to have
- Background in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, diagnostics or hospital sales
- Experience selling to doctors or clinics specifically
- Worked at a startup or small team before
Compensation
₹20,000 fixed per month, plus an incentive for every qualified meeting booked — ₹30,000+ is realistic in your first month. Additional closing commission once you move into client meetings. Travel reimbursed.
Details
- 6 days a week, Sunday off
- Hybrid: office in Gurgaon, with flexibility to work from home
