About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with clients.
This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years) who are looking to build a career in business development and international sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle sales conversations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work effectively during US business hours.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate with clients.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
