🚨 We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive
Global Builders & General Order Suppliers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Gurugram, Haryana
💼 Experience
2–5 Years in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Civil Construction, Industrial Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or related industries.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate leads and build a strong project pipeline.
- Identify and track RFQs, tenders, and upcoming projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, EPC companies, and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, commercial, and project teams for bid submissions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, pre-qualification documents, and tenders.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Support negotiations and assist in converting opportunities into orders.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the construction / industrial sector.
- Ability to identify potential clients and convert leads into business.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of tender/procurement portals will be an advantage.
