Position: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the confidence to engage with business owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
āIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
āBuild and maintain relationships with potential clients.
āUnderstand client requirements and propose suitable software and digital marketing solutions.
āSchedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
āPrepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
āCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
āMaintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.
āAchieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Required Skills:
ā Strong communication and negotiation skills
ā Basic knowledge of Websites, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Software Services
ā Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
ā Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision-makers
ā Good presentation and relationship-building abilities
Experience:
1ā2 years of experience in Website Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
Salary Package:
ā¹20k - 25k per month
Qualification:
Any Bachelor's Degree
MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
