🚀 Immediate Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE)
AOX Apps is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate, target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team!
📍 Location: Mohali (Work From Office)
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🕒 Shift: Night Shift
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities✅ Generate quality leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
✅ Identify, connect, and engage with international clients.
✅ Prepare winning proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
✅ Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements✔ 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales/Business Development.
✔ Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online bidding platforms.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Strong understanding of the IT services industry.
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
