🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE
Dockside Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and proactive Female Business Development Executive with experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably within the Construction / Infrastructure industry.
The candidate will be responsible for representing the company professionally, meeting clients in person, visiting project sites, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Construction & Infrastructure sector
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and regular field visits
• Visit construction sites, project locations, and client offices
• Confidently represent and communicate on behalf of Dockside Constructions Pvt. Ltd. with clients and industry stakeholders
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into business opportunities
• Maintain client details, lead records, and follow-up reports
• Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects
• Achieve assigned business development and client acquisition targets
🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS
✅ 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales
✅ Construction / Infrastructure industry experience preferred
✅ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Confident in speaking with clients and representing the company in the field
✅ Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
✅ Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory 🛵
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office / reporting tools
🔹 PREFERRED CANDIDATE
Female candidates who are confident, well-spoken, presentable, and comfortable meeting clients independently in the field are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with professional networks among contractors, builders, consultants, project companies, and infrastructure firms will have an advantage.
