Position- Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by
identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and coordinating meetings with key
decision-makers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
through research, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and consistent
follow-ups to support the company's business growth objectives.
This is a target-based role, and the successful candidate will be expected to consistently
achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation, appointment setting, outreach
activities, and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Research target industries, organizations, and key decision-makers to identify new business
opportunities.
Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, referrals,
industry directories, and other prospecting tools.
Conduct outbound outreach through emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other communication
channels to engage prospective clients.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, budget, and alignment with the
company's offerings.
Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and product demonstrations between qualified prospects
and the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including prospect interactions, followups,
and pipeline status.
Execute timely follow-ups to improve engagement, response rates, and meeting conversions.
Prepare prospect profiles, meeting briefs, and relevant background information for Sales
Managers before client meetings.
Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and
support deal progression.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, new industries, and
potential business opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns and outbound business
development initiatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation performance, outreach activities,
pipeline health, and meetings scheduled.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly lead generation, appointment-setting, and pipeline
development targets.
Represent the company professionally while building strong relationships with prospective
clients and maintaining a positive brand image.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Coordination, or a
similar B2B sales support role.
Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
