Agroson is a Pune-based government-recognized AgriTech startup transforming farm management through technology, advisory services, and a digital marketplace. We help inactive and absentee landowners efficiently manage their farms while connecting farmers with trusted agricultural service providers.
About the Role
Agroson is expanding its institutional and business presence across Delhi, NCR, and the surrounding region. We're looking for an intern to work at an organisational and business development level — coordinating partnerships, building institutional relationships, and supporting leadership in engagements across the region. This is a coordination and business development role, not a field position. The intern will also assist Agroson's leadership, including the founder, at an upcoming Agri Expo in Delhi this August.
Responsibilities
- Support institutional and business development efforts across Delhi-NCR
- Coordinate partnerships, meetings, and outreach on Agroson's behalf
- Assist Agroson's leadership at the Startup Expo (August) and other institutional engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, agribusinesses, and government/institutional stakeholders
- Prepare reports, follow-ups, and documentation for business development activities
- Support marketing, branding, and communication efforts as needed
Eligibility
- Graduate or professional from an agri-education background: B.Sc. Agriculture, MBA (Agribusiness/Marketing), BBA, or equivalent
- Final-year students or recent graduates welcome
- Confident communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable engaging with institutions, senior stakeholders, and investors
- Basic knowledge of agriculture or business
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Self-driven, organised, and eager for organisational-level exposure over routine fieldwork
