The role focuses on generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with startup founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior decision-makers across fundraising, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), business valuation, and other investment banking solutions.

โข Identify and approach potential clients, including founders, promoters, CXOs, and business leaders
โข Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
โข Develop new business opportunities across investment banking and financial advisory services
โข Understand client requirements and identify suitable business solutions
โข Build, maintain, and manage a strong sales pipeline
โข Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal investment banking team
โข Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and drive business conversions
โข Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM
โข Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's growth
โข Stay updated on market trends, fundraising activities, M&A transactions, and the startup ecosystem

โ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
โ 1โ3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, or Investment Banking
โ Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and prospecting
โ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
โ Ability to engage confidently with founders, promoters, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
โ A target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and conversion skills
โ Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
