Location: Mumbai (Preferred) | Travel within Maharashtra and nearby markets
CTC: ₹8–12 LPA (Fixed + Attractive Performance Incentives)
Experience: 3–7 Years in Staffing Sales / Workforce Solutions
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager who can build and grow our Temporary Staffing business by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing accounts. This role is for someone who thrives on hunting for business, meeting decision-makers, negotiating commercial agreements, and converting opportunities into long-term staffing partnerships.
The ideal candidate understands manpower outsourcing, contractual staffing, payroll services, compliance requirements, and enterprise sales cycles.
