Role Description The Business Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Business Associate will support sales and marketing campaigns, engage directly with customers, and promote client products and services through face-to-face interactions. Daily tasks include explaining offerings clearly, addressing customer queries, collecting feedback, and helping drive customer acquisition and retention. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, assisting with basic business and finance-related documentation, and coordinating with team members to achieve campaign targets. The Business Associate will contribute to process improvements, participate in training sessions, and uphold professional and ethical standards in all customer and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and customers in face-to-face settings.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret campaign performance, understand customer needs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Business and Finance to understand client offerings, market positioning, and sales objectives.
