About the Client
Our client is building an AI-powered data security platform designed to help enterprises discover, classify, understand, and protect sensitive data. The organization operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, data intelligence, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager who can translate complex business requirements into clear product and technical outcomes while driving projects from planning through delivery. The role works closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership and offers significant ownership in a fast-moving product environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Engineering & Solution Design
· Lead requirement-gathering workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders.
· Create BRDs, detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and other product documentation.
· Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
· Conduct gap analysis and identify risks or dependencies before development begins.
· Ensure proposed features are aligned with business KPIs and client security requirements.
Product Management & Agile Delivery
· Contribute to and manage the product roadmap based on market, customer, security, and regulatory requirements.
· Lead discovery discussions with relevant business and technical stakeholders to understand complex data-security challenges.
· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, timelines, milestones, resource coordination, execution, and delivery.
· Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, progress tracking, and early identification of bottlenecks.
· Perform value-versus-effort analysis to prioritize compliance, security, scalability, and customer-impact initiatives.
· Monitor project health and proactively manage delivery risks.
Product Quality, Compliance & Documentation
· Lead or coordinate UAT to support high-quality releases and smooth client deployments.
· Support data classification and risk-design requirements involving sensitive data categories such as PII, PHI, and PCI.
· Design or document automated alerts, remediation processes, and security workflows.
· Maintain structured product documentation and a centralized knowledge repository.
· Act as a bridge between business objectives, product requirements, and technical execution.
What We're Looking For
· 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or closely related roles within SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous requirements.
· Hands-on experience with JIRA for sprint planning and backlog management.
· Experience using Confluence or Notion for product and project documentation.
· Working knowledge of Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools for wireframes and process flows.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
· Strong execution mindset with ownership of outcomes and delivery.
· Ability to use data for decision-making; exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is preferred.
Good to Have
· Understanding of SaaS architectures, multi-tenancy, and scalable systems.
· Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other Agile practices.
· CBAP, PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent professional certification.
· Awareness of privacy and security frameworks such as India's DPDP Act, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
· Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise IT environments.
