🚨 Hiring | Business Analyst / Functional Analyst – Wealth Management
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join a Wealth Management transformation initiative focused on automating client buying power, collateral and credit checks and moving from manual end-of-day processes toward a real-time solution. We're hiring for one of the Big 4s.
📍 Location: Mumbai
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyse requirements from Trading, Credit, Operations, Product and Technology teams.
• Analyse existing buying power, collateral, credit and margin processes and define future-state solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases and user stories.
• Map data requirements across trading, credit, LTV and execution platforms.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Technology teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Support system requirements and functional workflows across relevant banking platforms.
• Support UAT, including test-case preparation, execution, defect identification and validation.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, demos and user training where required.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and process gaps.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear and practical technology solutions.
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Wholesale Banking, Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of collateral, buying power, margin, LTV, credit limits and concentration risk.
• Strong Business Analysis experience with BRDs, functional requirements, use cases and user stories.
• Experience with UAT and Agile delivery.
• Understanding of API integrations and system-to-system data flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Power BI.
• Ability to independently analyse complex business problems and convert them into actionable solutions.
⭐ Preferred: Experience with Avaloq / Core Banking / Wealth Management platforms or similar banking systems.
