Position Title: Business Analyst (Data & AI)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical capabilities, exposure to data-driven projects, and an understanding of emerging AI concepts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, manage project deliverables, and bridge business requirements with technical implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and align business requirements.
- Analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements effectively.
- Track project timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Develop a strong understanding of data structures, data sources, and business data requirements.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and related activities.
- Apply knowledge of Context Engineering concepts and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of data models, data sources, and business data analysis.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Context Engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project tracking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes and domain concepts.
