📢 Hiring | Business Analyst – Credit Risk | Big 4
We are hiring Business Analysts – Credit Risk for one of the leading Big 4 firms.
📍 Location: PAN India
💼 Experience: 3–18 Years
🏦 Domain: Credit Risk | Banking | Regulatory Reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Credit Risk and regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulators such as EBA, PRA, US Fed and the Basel framework.
- Conduct workshops with business, operations, technology, risk, and control stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements, impact assessments, process flows, and business rules.
- Work on data lineage, data quality checks, controls, and data traceability.
- Support regulatory change initiatives covering capital requirements, Pillar 3 submissions, PRA returns, and related reporting.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to processes, controls, and governance.
- Work with SMEs and stakeholders on process improvement and operating model initiatives.
- Maintain documentation of risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions and ensure timely escalation where required.
Required Skills
- 3–18 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk / Regulatory Reporting.
- Strong Business & Data Analysis skills.
- Good understanding of Banking Products.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and Basel.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently own and deliver tasks.
- SQL knowledge is an advantage.
