Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst + Project Management (BA/PM) professional to drive business transformation initiatives through effective business analysis, stakeholder management, and project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing Target Operating Models (TOM), optimizing business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance Target Operating Models (TOM), including people, processes, governance, service models, and controls.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Transformation, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to define project scope, priorities, dependencies, and implementation plans.
- Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end business processes and customer journeys while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support business transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving change.
- Provide business architecture inputs to governance forums and ensure alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
- Maintain decision traceability and promote reusable business architecture patterns across projects.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure smooth coordination between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience working in consulting, financial services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
Interview Process
- 2-3 Interview Rounds
- Initial rounds will be conducted virtually.
- Final round may be conducted Face-to-Face.
