🚨 WE ARE HIRING | BRANDING & MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Company: MK Group – LSL | Room On Wheel | SOCH
Position: Branding & Marketing Manager
Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA
We are looking for a creative, strategic and execution-oriented Branding & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the brand and marketing ecosystem across three diverse ventures.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Founder Branding – MKS
• Build and protect the brand image of Founder MKS
• Connect the Founder’s personal brand with the brands of his ventures
LSL – Lagom Sustainable Living
• Build and strengthen the LSL brand
• Develop and execute digital & non-digital marketing strategies
• Support marketing and lead generation for LuxTrava caravans
Room On Wheel
• Build and strengthen the ROW brand
• Drive marketing for caravan rental, co-ownership and other offerings
• Generate qualified leads through digital & offline campaigns
SOCH
• Build and strengthen SOCH’s brand presence
• Develop campaigns for donor, CSR and strategic partnerships
• Generate leads for donations and project partnerships
📊 Key Performance Indicators
The role will be measured through tangible outcomes including:
• Growth in social media followers & engagement
• Qualified leads generated for caravan sales
• Qualified leads for ROW co-ownership memberships
• Leads for caravan rental bookings
• Leads for SOCH donations & CSR partnerships
• Website & app updates
• Pitch decks, brochures and marketing collateral
• Brand consistency across all three organisations
• Timely execution of marketing campaigns
👤 Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
✅ Strong in branding & digital marketing
✅ Excellent in content strategy and communication
✅ Data-driven and focused on lead generation
✅ Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
✅ Strong in execution, coordination and ownership
✅ Capable of working closely with the Founder and leadership team
✅ Able to convert ideas into campaigns and measurable results
📍 Location: Head Office, Bhubaneswar
💰 Salary: ₹8–10 LPA
