Brand & Web DesignerExpress Analytics (EA) •
Full-time, in-house • Remote/India • Marketing
The role
Express Analytics is a global decision intelligence partner and AI technology company. We build AI, analytics, and B2B SaaS products that solve genuinely complicated problems.
You will shape how the market experiences Express Analytics and its products through design. From the first LinkedIn impression to the website experience that converts visitors into pipeline, you will be responsible for creating a modern, credible, and high-performing visual brand that reflects our expertise in AI, data, and analytics.
This is a craft-first design seat: your job is to make Express Analytics and its products look sharp, cohesive, and credible everywhere, and to design web experiences that are as persuasive as they are polished.
It's a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll move fast, ship often, and switch contexts across a social carousel, a homepage hero, an email design, and a landing page in the same week. You'll partner closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams.
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is expected to adhere to the marketing team's established project management, approval workflows, and cross-channel coordination processes while working closely with the Director of Website Strategy to ensure alignment across initiatives
This is an individual contributor role.
What you'll own
Website Design & User Journeys
- Core Assets: Create and maintain high-quality visual designs for Express Analytics and our own products (kAInet and elAItra), ensuring absolute consistency with established UX, brand positioning, and website strategy.
- Layout & Patterns: Create responsive page layouts, templates, and reusable design patterns that scale across our web properties.
- Conversion Architecture: Design visual hierarchy, page layouts, interaction patterns, and user flows that guide enterprise buyers toward demo requests and other call to actions while supporting the messaging defined by Product Marketing and Website Strategy teams.
Landing pages & campaigns
- Campaign Execution: Design high-converting landing pages for referral traffic sources, partnerships, and new product launches.
- Reusable Frameworks: Build landing-page design frameworks in Figma that allow the team to deploy new campaigns rapidly.
- Iterative Design: Design with conversion metrics in mind (clear visual hierarchy, prominent CTAs, credible social proof) and iterate layouts based on user data.
Brand, Email, Sales & Social creatives
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Take creative briefs from Product Marketing, Social, ABM and Content teams to produce on-brand email graphics, LinkedIn carousels, static posts, and videos.
- Collateral & Sales Assets: Create visual brand and marketing assets including presentation decks, whitepapers, one-pagers, display ad creatives, and event collateral.
- Brand Evolution: Maintain, organize, and evolve Express Analytics’ visual language guidelines so it stays cohesive as our headcount and product lines scale.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of brand, marketing, or web design experience in startup, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments
- A portfolio that shows craft: brand, sales, social, and email creative, plus marketing websites and landing pages you designed end to end
- Advanced Figma Skills: Absolute mastery of Auto Layout, components, variables, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong responsive-design instincts and a sharp eye for typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy
- A working understanding of conversion, you design pages that are built to persuade, not just to look good
- Comfort using analytics to inform design decisions, Google Analytics (GA4) and a heatmap or session-recording tool such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Comfort collaborating with engineers and designing within real implementation constraints
- Strong communication and organization, and the ability to run your own queue with minimal oversight
Nice to have
- Comfort with product or dashboard UI, this role is occasionally pulled into product surfaces, and being able to stretch there is a plus (but it is not the core of the job)
- Motion or interaction design: micro-interactions and transitions
- Basic front-end familiarity (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, React styling)
- Experience with B2B SaaS, data, or AI-powered products
You'll probably dislike this job if...
- You want to go deep on one polished surface. This role is broad and fast, web, brand, sales, and social, not deep on a single product experience.
- Rapid context-switching drains you. Some weeks you'll touch a social post, a hero section, and a landing page in a single day.
- You want to own a large-scale product design system or lead formal user research. That's not this seat.
- You prefer detailed direction over autonomy. You'll set your own bar and defend your choices.
You'll thrive here if
- You have a bias for action and like shipping.
- Feedback energizes you and you iterate quickly without getting precious.
- You balance speed, craft, and business impact, and know when each one wins.
- You take ownership and push work forward without waiting to be asked.
