Senior Brand Visualiser:
Design, Motion & Visual Communication
Experience: 6-7+ Years
Function: Brand / Marketing / Creative
Company: DTDC Express Ltd.
About the Role
DTDC is looking for a Senior Brand Visualiser who can translate brand and communication objectives into compelling visual ideas and execute them across multiple formats.
This is not a traditional graphic design or video-editing role. We are looking for a visual thinker and storyteller who understands how to build a visual narrative, develop a creative direction and communicate an idea through design, imagery, typography, motion and video.
The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable conceptualising a campaign, creating its visual language, designing the static assets and bringing the idea to life through motion and video.
The role also requires strong hands-on knowledge of Generative AI and AI-powered creative workflows, including image generation, video generation, voice, avatars and prompt engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Visualisation & Creative Conceptualisation
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on brand, marketing and communication objectives.
- Translate a brief or business problem into a strong visual idea or creative concept.
- Develop Key Visuals (KVs), campaign territories, moodboards, storyboards and visual narratives.
- Decide how an idea should be communicated visually across different platforms and formats.
- Think beyond individual creatives and build connected visual systems for campaigns.
- Develop visual storytelling through composition, typography, imagery, colour, illustration, motion and sequencing.
- Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and explain the thinking behind the visual direction.
- Ensure that creative ideas are both conceptually strong and relevant to the DTDC brand.
Brand & Graphic Design
- Design high-quality creative assets across digital, social, print, internal communication and marketing platforms.
- Develop campaign KVs, social media creatives, digital banners, mailers, presentations, OOH creatives, internal communication and other brand collaterals.
- Maintain strong visual consistency and adherence to DTDC's brand identity.
- Have a strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, composition and visual communication.
- Adapt a single creative idea into multiple formats while retaining its core visual identity.
- Create designs that are not only aesthetically strong but also communicate the intended message clearly and quickly.
Video & Motion
- Conceptualise and create videos, reels, motion graphics and short-form brand content.
- Translate static campaign ideas into motion and video narratives.
- Create storyboards, shot concepts and visual sequences before production.
- Edit and produce videos using professional video-editing and motion-graphics tools.
- Understand pacing, transitions, visual rhythm, sound and storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, production partners, photographers, videographers and other creative stakeholders where required.
AI & Generative Creative
Use AI as an integral part of the creative process to improve ideation, experimentation, production and visual storytelling.
