About Boss Wallah Media
Boss Wallah Media is India's leading social media and production platform, reaching 18M+ subscribers and 330M+ monthly viewers across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Backed by six in-house studios and a creative team producing 200+ multilingual videos a week, we run high-impact marketing campaigns for national and international brands, with particular strength in India's southern markets.
About the Role
Social Lift is Boss Wallah's end-to-end brand-building program — content, campaigns, and outreach that actually move a client's numbers, not just a follower count. As the Account Manager, you'll be the person a brand trusts with all of it: turning their goals into a working strategy, then making sure it gets executed well across social, SEO, and the newer territory of AEO — how a brand shows up in AI answers from tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews, not only in search results. You'll typically hold 1–3 accounts at a time, so the expectation is depth, not just keeping the lights on.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for your assigned brands — the one who actually understands their goals, audience, and positioning, not just their content calendar.
- Turn brand goals into a working content and marketing calendar, and keep it moving.
- Brief and coordinate with writers, designers, editors, video teams, and SEO specialists so work gets delivered on time and on brand.
- Own the creative brief process — set direction for content and campaigns, then review before it goes out.
- Run influencer collaborations and media outreach where it fits the brand's goals.
- Take SEO and AEO seriously — not just search rankings, but whether a brand's content actually gets picked up and cited by AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Build AI tools into how you work day to day — research, drafting, reporting — rather than treating them as a side skill.
- Track what's actually working across campaigns and turn it into insights the client can use, not just a report.
- Keep communication tight and execution on schedule, so nothing slips on the client side.
Requirements
- A real grasp of digital marketing and branding — not just the terminology, but how a strategy actually plays out day to day.
- Strong communication and the ability to manage stakeholders, since you'll be the face of the account.
- Comfortable working alongside creative teams — writers, designers, video editors — and getting the best out of them.
- Can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without letting quality slip.
- Already using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your work, or genuinely quick to pick them up — this isn't a nice-to-have, it's part of the job.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Notion, or similar day-to-day tools.
- Some exposure to SEO or AEO — or real curiosity about how AI is reshaping how people find brands online.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for content research, writing, or reporting, even if you haven't used them professionally yet.
What Success Looks Like
- Your accounts show measurable growth in engagement, organic traffic, and share of voice — including in AI-generated answers, not just search rankings.
- Clients see you as a strategic partner, not a vendor executing a brief.
- You're the one bringing a new AI tool or technique to the team before anyone asks.
