5โ8 years of relevant experience
โ
Strong experience in Personal Loan Sales
โ
DSA & DST sales experience is mandatory
โ
Team Handling / Team Management experience is mandatory
โ
DSA Management experience is mandatory
โ
Strong knowledge of the Banking / Finance / NBFC industry
โ
Good communication, sales leadership and relationship-management skills

โพ๏ธHandle and develop DSA & DST channels
โพ๏ธAchieve branch sales and business targets
โพ๏ธManage DSA relationships and improve productivity
โพ๏ธGenerate business through existing and new channel partners
โพ๏ธ Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
โพ๏ธEnsure compliance with company policies and sales processes
