💼 Role: Branch Manager – Equity Business
🎯 Experience: 5+ Years
🏦 Industry: Stock Broking / Capital Markets
💰 CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (Depends upon last CTC & experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage HNI, Retail, and Corporate clients.
- Lead and develop the branch sales team to achieve revenue and acquisition targets.
- Drive business across Equity, Broking, Trading, Investments, and Third-Party Products.
- Build long-term client relationships and generate new business.
- Develop and execute branch-level sales and business development strategies.
- Drive cross-selling of financial and investment products.
- Monitor branch revenue, profitability, and business performance.
- Manage branch P&L and operate the branch as a profit centre.
- Ensure timely MIS, sales reports, and business reviews.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience in the Stock Broking Industry, preferably in a Branch Manager / Profit Centre Manager role.
- Postgraduate / MBA, or Graduate with relevant NISM Certification.
- Proven track record of managing revenue, business targets, and teams.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, networking, and client relationship skills.
