The BigMarket is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals to join our growing retail leadership team as Branch Managers in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall branch operations.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop store employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and loss prevention.
- Monitor merchandising, visual displays, and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Analyze sales reports, prepare daily operational reports, and implement improvement plans.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, HR, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Supermarket/Retail Operations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing retail teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
