Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the assigned branch at SR Shopping Mall, ensuring smooth functioning across sales, customer service, merchandising, and store administration. This full-time role is for our NSO on-site and located in Rayalaseema Region stores. The Branch Manager will lead and supervise staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and support training and development initiatives. They will ensure adherence to company policies, maintain visual standards, handle inventory control, and coordinate with central teams on promotions and live-shopping activities. The role also includes reviewing branch performance metrics, managing budgets, addressing customer concerns, and implementing strategies to improve sales, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in branch or store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day retail management.
- Experience in sales management and customer service, with the ability to drive revenue growth and maintain high service standards.
- Competence in inventory management, merchandising, and basic retail analytics to optimize stock levels and store presentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to lead diverse teams and interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use digital tools and retail systems, with openness to physi-digital and live-shopping platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in retail leadership will be considered.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions, and handle responsibilities independently.
- Prior experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail or garment sectors is an advantage.
